Since 2008, Damian Alexander-Hotep Dawson has served as a creative thinker for established and emerging companies in the sports and entertainment industry. He started with Warner Bros. Records in their radio "mix-show" department. Applying his promotional savvy from his time at Warner - Damian went on to successfully launch regional and national radio campaigns as a Partner for Live The Music Group while executing publicity, creative direction, and social media strategies for his roster of artists. His next move was StockX, a $3.8 billion unicorn start-up, where his creative and cultural insights drove 209% ROI. Subsequently, he led Brand Marketing for 1xRun, the world's leading publisher of fine art editions and online destination for original art. Damian received his Bachelors of BA from Northwood University and will receive his Master of Arts in Media and Information from Michigan State University in 2023.
